Chelsea Parkinson (Chair)
CEO OPTIMO & SWITCH DIGITAL
CEO of Switch Digital and founder and CEO of Optimo Designs, has over two decades of strategic marketing experience with some of Australia’s most successful blue-chip brands across FMCG, Retail, Government and Finance. She began on the board with Life Education Victoria in 2018 as she believes wholeheartedly in LEV’s mission to educate children in ‘real life’ problems and arm them with the tools and encouragement to face life’s challenges head on. In 2020 Chelsea was asked to chair the board which she humbly accepted and is proud to serve the organisation and the children today.

Jason Andrew
Managing Director, Airsqreen
Jason Andrew has been on the Board of LifeEd Vic since 2017, previously Chair of Melbourne Western Committee for 4 years. He is a financial services Executive and business owner. Co Founder and CEO of Empowered Financial Partners he oversaw the growth and transformation of the business to be bought by a globally listed company in 2016. He is currently the owner of an online financial software company and practices as a boutique financial adviser. He is actively involved in numerous community projects, including the President of Power House Junior Rugby Club.
Peter Dickinson
Deputy Principal - Student Wellbeing and Operations at Oakleigh Grammar
Peter is Deputy Principal - Student Wellbeing and Operations at Oakleigh Grammar. As part of this role, he is responsible for pastoral care and student well-being. Previously, Peter held a variety of leadership roles at Wesley College, Melbourne including Head of Glen Waverley Campus. He is passionate about the promotion of student voice, service through action and indigenous education. Peter has been an Executive Member of LEV since December 2019. He was drawn to Life Education because of a strong alignment with its mission and core values with his own philosophy of empowering young people to make informed choices around their own health and well-being.
